The president and former chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Labor Wing South Punjab, Sajjad Khan Khachi, has said that along with the central leadership of PDM, the local leadership of Wahari is also suffering from the popularity of Imran Khan and Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry and PTI It is unsuccessfully trying to erase its fear by declaring the schemes as its own schemes in the media. He expressed these views while giving a briefing to the media representatives regarding mega projects worth more than one billion for Wahari city. On this occasion, former chairman of the municipality Sheikh Muhammad Hussain Saleem, chairman of the market committee Abdul Hanan Khan Budh, president of Anjuman Ardtian Rana Imranul Haq, general secretary Ehtishamul Haque Ghoshi and a large number of city councilors were present. Sajjad Khan Khachi further said that the development and beauty of Wahari city has always been the first priority of Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry. And this is the reason why these schemes were approved by former Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar due to the continuous efforts of MNA Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry, Zahid Iqbal Chaudhry and Rai Zahoor Ahmed Kharl. In the first phase, under this scheme (PCP) in Wahari and under this five year program with the support of PMDFC, water supply and other schemes were inaugurated like vehicle chassis and missionary etc. Now, in the second phase, the roads and other schemes at a cost of 1500 million rupees will be formally inaugurated today by Local Government Minister Mian Mehmood-ul-Rashid. He said that the nation is now well aware of PDM’s activities. Therefore, the pool of their lies has been opened. Inshallah this journey of development under the leadership of Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry and Zahid Iqbal Chaudhry will continue and the opponents will continue to be hostile as always. He said that the credit for approval of schemes for Wahari under PCP is and will remain on the head of Tahir Iqbal Chaudhry.
