Adviser to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Zulfi Bukhari visits the famous fort Nanda Baghwala of Pind Dadan Khan
۔ Zulfi Bukhari was accompanied by DC Jhelum and other government orders
This visit of Zulfi Bukhari, Advisor to the Prime Minister after Asif Mehmood, Minister for Tourism of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar is part of the government’s efforts to promote tourism.
During his visit, Zulfi Bukhari reviewed the development works related to tourism at Nandana Fort. On the instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, steps are being taken to promote tourism in Pakistan. On behalf of the Punjab Chief Minister, Punjab Minister Chaudhry Asif also visited Qila Nanda along with members of the Archaeological Department and the Committee for the Promotion of Tourism in Punjab and visited Baganwala and The adjoining areas were also surveyed. According to the traditions, the famous scientist Al-Biruni had dug the center of the land on this fort Nandana. The tehsil could become the second largest tourist destination after Kan and the attention of the present government is commendable
