A special ceremony was organized at the residence of Khazeena Sher-e-Adab founder international poet Nomana Kanwal and Chairman Imtiaz Iqbal Sheikh

A special ceremony was organized at the residence of Khazeena Sher-e-Adab founder international poet Nomana Kanwal and Chairman Imtiaz Iqbal Sheikh to pay tribute to the literary services of Punjabi poet Amjad Arifi who came from Germany and to celebrate the New Year. The ceremony consisted of four parts. The poets participated enthusiastically in the poetry recitation. Community leaders Muqaddas Majeed and Saleem Sunni congratulated prominent poets Syed Makhdoom Amjad and Tamina Shah on their marriages. Naz Kokab, Momi Arif and Noreen Shahzad were congratulated on the marriage of their children and dholki was also played. Mirza Shahzad, founder of Urdu Global and Open Kitchen, and his team were paid tribute and a cake was cut. Harry Buta’s birthday cake was also cut. Those who attended the ceremony included Khazeena Sher-e-Adab Patron-in-Chief Syed Sajjad Haider Shah, founder of Jammu Kashmir Tehreek-e-Haq Khod-e-Aradiyat International Raja Najabat Hussain, Chairman Khazeena Sher-e-Adab Imtiaz Sheikh, activists Social women Rubina Khan, and Humaira Khan – Secretary Information, Treasury of Poetry and Literature Sabra Naheed, – Siddique Poonawalla – Abidha Sheikh – Harry Buta, active social workers of Urdu Global and Open Kitchen community Mirza Shahzad – Shabnam Shahzad – Noreen Shahzad – Komal Khan – Dr. Yunus Parwaz – Razia Chaudhry – Mashal Pinki Baji – Makhdoom Amjad Shah – Humaira – Nighat Mirza – Saba – Tanzila – Shagfata – Naz Kokab – Momi Arif – Tamheena Shah – Saber Raza – Mehboob Elahi Butt – Chaudhry Pervaiz – and other literary personalities were present. The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Dr. Yunus Parwaz and concluded with a special prayer by Dr. Yunus Parwaz. Famous singer Zahid Ali demonstrated his art. Punjabi poet Amjad Arifi said that he is very happy that such a ceremony is being done in Europe and Britain to promote and spread the mother tongue so that a passion for literature is created and people can learn the language. Start writing for. Raja Najabat Hussain said that the role of Nomana Kanwal in highlighting Pakistani culture in the UK is commendable. Sabra Naheed – Seema Sheikh – Saira Poonawalla described the literary gathering as useful. Imtiaz Iqbal Sheikh, Chairman of the Treasury of Poetry and Literature, said that we have once again invited our close friends to promote literature. Syed Sajjad Haider Shah, Patron-in-Chief of the Treasury of Poetry and Literature and Mirza Shahzad, the spirit of Open Kitchen, said that we are already highlighting the Urdu language, but today awareness was given about the Punjabi language. Rubina Khan Noreen Shahzad said that there is such mutual harmony among the colleagues that it feels like family members are gathering and having a party. Mirza Shahzad of Urdu Global and Open Kitchen expressed heartfelt gratitude to the participants in the gathering who participated from surrounding areas and enhanced the splendor of the literary gathering. The host, founder of Khazeena Sher-o-Adab and international poetess Nomana Kanwal Sheikh – Qasim Sheikh – Junaid Sheikh – Shaheer – Momin, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the distinguished guests and said that making someone happy is also an act of worship. We always organize such gatherings in which as Muslims we do not cross our limits. She further said that we encourage new writers so that Urdu literature and the mother tongue remain alive.
