Sohawa: Syed Wajid Ali Shah Gilani Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan won the election of President of Islamabad High Court Bar Association with a huge majority. On his brilliant success, Syed Ansar Shah Gilani Press Club Sohawa social personality (resident in the UK) and Raja Iftikhar Hussain Former Mayor and Sardar Aftab congratulated him. Syed Ansar Shah Gilani said in his joint statement that Syed Wajid Ali Shah Gilani’s success is a manifestation of the full trust of the legal community in him. He said that under his leadership, the Islamabad High Court Bar Association will play an effective role in resolving the problems of lawyers and ensuring the supremacy of law. He said that we hope that Syed Wajid Ali Shah Gilani will serve the legal community by utilizing his abilities and experience and make the Bar Association more active and strong. It should be noted that Syed Wajid Ali Shah Gilani achieved victory by defeating his opponent.
