On this occasion, Chief Executive Humaira Haqqani said that we organized an interfaith Iftar party in honor of students from Georgia and in it, each other’s views were discussed. She further said that we told the students about Islam that the religion of Islam teaches peace and mutual unity, agreement and love for each other. It was a wonderful opportunity for us to meet each other and talk. At this time, the intercultural and interfaith community needs to understand each other at the global level. Student Kiran-Sadia-Laila Hanna, who was part of the delegation, said that we are participating in the Iftar party today at the invitation of Let’s Talk Group and got the opportunity to talk to each other. Merri said that it was nice to come to Rochdale. We broke the fast together with the Muslim community. Riley said that it was nice to come to Rochdale, especially the women of the Let’s Talk group who are doing voluntary services. The people here are hospitable.
