A grand gathering was organized at Jamia Shamsia Qamar-ul-Uloom, Abbey Hiller Road, Gladwick Oldham, under the patronage of the founder and patron of the university, the eminent religious scholar Hazrat Allama Qari Muhammad Aslam Sialvi, regarding the Ascension of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

In which a large number of eminent scholars – praisers of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the lovers of the Prophet (peace be upon him) from the locality participated. The turban of Hafiz Muhammad Hammad Mustafa Saifi, the son of the eminent religious scholar Allama Maulana Pir Hafiz Atta Mustafa Naqshbandi Saifi, was also tied. Pir Sahib’s brother Haji Ghulam Mustafa and son-in-law Izhar Khan came from London for the turban. The gathering was presided over by the eminent religious scholar Allama Pir Syed Atta Shah Bukhari and a special address was delivered by the religious scholar Allama Maulana Khan Muhammad Qadri, who came from Pakistan. The duties of the Niqab of the gathering were performed by Qari Rahat Mahmood Sialvi. Among the other scholars who participated were Maulana Qazi Mufti Abdul Latif Chishti – Maulana Faisal Yaqoob – Qari Muhammad Naseer Naqshbandi – Qari Farooq Ahmed Sialvi – Qari Fazil Ahmed Sialvi – Allama Suhail Ahmed Sialvi – Maulana Suhail Rafiq Chishti – Qari Zahid Sharif _ Maulana Qari Muhammad Rasib Naqshbandi – Maulana Syed Abdul Shakoor Qadri – Azad Ahmed Naqshbandi Bristol – Maulana Saeed Sialvi – Khalifa Misbahuddin Saifi – Maulana Hafiz Habib Ahmed Siddiqui – Maulana Sahibzada Muhammad Raza – Maulana Muhammad Raza Mustafa Chishti – were present.
On this occasion, the scholars shed light in detail on the wisdom of the miraculous ascension of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) – from the Sacred Mosque to the Great Throne and then to the Court of Allah – which further increased the greatness and love for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the hearts of the people participating in the spiritual gathering – and on this occasion, the lovers of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) expressed their happiness and love by chanting the slogans of Takbir and Rasool – The second part of the gathering was led by Pir Tariqat Allama In celebration of the completion of the memorization of the Quran by Hafiz Muhammad Hammad Mustafa Saifi, son of Maulana Pir Hafiz Ata-ul-Mustafa Naqshbandi Saifi, all the scholars adorned his head with a turban while reciting Naat Rasool Maqbool. Finally, Allama Syed Ataullah Shah Bukhari offered a special prayer for the Muslim Ummah. Pir Ata-ul-Mustafa Saifi and host Maulana Qari Muhammad Aslam Sialvi expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all the scholars who participated in the program. The participants of the spiritual gathering were treated to a special langar.
