On the instructions of the Embassy of Pakistan in Rome, Consul General Aqsa Nawaz received valuable relics from the Italian authorities.
Milan(International Desk)According to Urdu global UK media,An official ceremony for the restitution of seven archaeological artifacts, depicting artistic expressions from Pakistan’s Gandhāra’s art, was organized by the Guardia di Finanza at their headquarters in Milan. Upon direction of the Embassy of Pakistan Rome, Consul General Aqsa Nawaz, received precious artifacts from the Italian authorities. The CG appreciated coordinated efforts of the Italian authorities, including Carabinieri for their dedication and outstanding cooperation in unearthing the stolen artifacts.Captain Francesco Giglio of the Guardia di Finanza, explained that how the expedition for the seizure of the artifacts was carried out and informed that all the work and commitments involved were aimed at finally bringing these items back home.The items will soon be returned to Pakistan.
