In which Raja Hafeez Babar – Shahbaz Sanwal – Hafiz Raja Yaqub sang poems of real and imaginary love with a melody and entertained the audience. When the rhythm of the gad and the melody of the instrument spread in the air, it made the atmosphere of the entire hall colorful. Fans who have a deep love for Pothwari poetry came from different cities of the United Kingdom and could not help but give their support. – The special guest was Raja Haq Nawaz Janbaz – Raja Naeem – Raja Shahbaz – Habibullah Khan – Muhammad Osama Khalid participated in the special event – The duties of management were performed by Raja Masood Alam Shami and Raja Tariq Rabbani – Other participants included Councilor Chaudhry Aftab Hussain – Raja Ibadat Ali – Mahmood Janjua – Raja Fayyaz – Sardar Tariq – Chaudhry Shahzad – Sardar Abid – Sardar Tariq – Sardar Zia – Khalid Khaliq – Raja Zahoor-ul-Haq were among the participants. The host of the program, Saddar Aftab Khan, said that along with promoting our mother tongue, Photwari, we are encouraging our young generation to develop a love for it. He further said that the purpose of organizing a Pothwari poetry festival for the community living in the Potohar region and Kashmir is to keep the young generation connected to their mother tongue and also provide an opportunity to interact with each other abroad. – Famous Pothwari poet and organizer of the UK, Raja Masood Alam Shami and Raja Tariq Rabbani congratulated the host, Sardar Aftab Khan, on organizing today’s successful program and said that the purpose of organizing such festivals abroad is to promote our mother tongue and to bring our new generation closer to it in the UK.
The Pakistani and Kashmiri community of the Pothwar region living in the UK is playing a key role in keeping the young generation connected to their mother tongue.
