A high-level delegation from Jammu and Kashmir Movement for Right to Self-Determination International UK met British Justice Minister Sir Nicholas Deacon and briefed him on the serious human rights violations by the Indian state and the Indian army in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The delegation was led by the founding chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Movement for Right to Self-Determination International Raja Najabat Hussain Sitara-Pakistan. Sir Nicholas Deacon, Member of Parliament, in this important meeting held at the Skinthrop Office of the Skinthrop Office of the British Parliament, JKS DMI Patron-in-Chief Sardar Abdul Rehman Khan, Raja Shaukat Khaliq Advocate, former Advisor to the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Harry Botha Administration Director Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Haq Qadir-e-Aradiyat International and Sardar Abid Hussain were present. On this occasion, Raja Najabat Hussain Sitara, Pakistan Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Haq Qadir-e-Aradiyat International informed the British Minister of Justice about the serious human rights violations, forced abduction of children and youth, and countless tragedies of rape of girls and women in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir by India in the light of reports from international human rights organizations, and urged him to pay attention to the Kashmir issue. He said that we thank the British Minister of Justice Sir Nicholas Deacon on behalf of the Kashmiri people for always raising his voice against Indian atrocities at all levels. Sir Nicholas Deacon assured the delegation that in the context of August 5, 2019, he will hold a special briefing and discussion with his other fellow ministers on the serious human rights violations by India in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. And the British government will adopt a serious and solid stance on human rights and harassment of women. The delegation, along with the Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Self-Determination Movement International, Raja Najabat Hussain Sitara of Pakistan, also invited British Justice Minister Sir Nicholas Deacon to various functions and events in the British Parliament and the British House of Lords in the context of Kashmir Exploitation Day. The delegation also presented a commemorative shield to British Justice Minister Sir Nicholas Deacon on behalf of the Jammu and Kashmir Self-Determination Movement International.
