Manchester, UK — (Bureau Chief: Sabira Naheed Chaudhry)A high-profile delegation of Urdu Global Network and Open Kitchen held a special meeting with the Consul General of Pakistan in Manchester, Mr. Amtiyaz Feroz Gondal. The delegation was led by Muhammad Shehzad Ali Mirza, CEO Urdu Global, and included representatives from Urdu Global’s
Arts & Culture and Women’s Wings.Upon arrival, the Consul General warmly welcomed the team. The delegation presented flowers as a gesture of goodwill, after which meaningful discussions took place regarding cultural promotion, community welfare, and strengthening Pakistan’s positive image abroad. Urdu Global & Open Kitchen’s Role Highlighted During the meeting, Muhammad Shehzad Ali Mirza briefed the Consul General on how Urdu Global Network, Open Kitchen, UG Arts & Culture, and UG Women’s Wing are actively serving the Pakistani community across the UK. He emphasized that these initiatives are dedicated to humanitarian service, cultural promotion, and women’s empowerment. Sabira Naheed Chaudhry, President of UG Arts & Culture, outlined the achievements of her division, including cultural events, annual trips for women, and community programs. She also highlighted the Women’s Wing’s efforts in arranging Islamic events under the leadership of Shabnam Mirza and President Shabana Iqbal. Consul General’s Response
