Khushdil Khan Malik visits Consulate of Pakistan in Bradford.

According to UG news UK United kingdom,On the last day of his visit to Bradford, Former Additional Secretary to the Government of Pakistan and former Provincial Minister Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Khushdil Khan Malik visited Consulate of Pakistan in Bradford, where he was warmly welcome by the Acting Consul General, Sarfraz Aatish and other staff of the Consulate. At this occasion, Former Coordinator of the Prime Minister Azad Jammu & Kashmir Raja Nazim Ali and Member of District Council Mirpur (AJK), Mirza Muhammad Ilyas were also accompanied Mr. Malik.

During the meeting in the Consulate, various issues pertaining to Passports and NICOP/POC of Pakistani diaspora were discussed, in addition to other services of the Consulate. It was informed that the Consulate is keeping close liaison with the community and it’s officers frequently participate in their social/national functions and sports events, thus their issues are freely discussed and resolved regularly. Mr. Malik highly appreciated such gesture of the Consulate and hoped that community will take benefit by applying for NICOP being their Pakistani identity and its in-built visa facility, instead of misusing the online visa facility which is exclusively for foreigners and not for OSPs, who are essentially required to obtain NICOPs from NADRA, either online or through all Pakistan Missions abroad.

On this occasion, it was also informed that the community has highly applauded the brave Armed Forces for glorious victory over India in the recent war which has brought pride and pleasure for the diaspora living in United Kingdom like all over the world and such great victory is being celebrated at community level in Bradford by holding big marches on the roads of City Centre with chanting slogans “Pakistan Zindabad” and in favour of Armed Forces and similarly this time Independence day will be celebrated with on 14th August in befitting manner on the historic victory of Pakistan in “Marika e Haq”.
