EUROPE:(Report by Chief Ikramuddin) According to Ug News Europe,Protests will be held in many French cities on March 18 against the government’s decision to start implementing the pension reform project without approval in parliament.informs that this was reported by Ug News EUROPE.It was reported that on March 17, 319 protesters were arrested in the actions held in a number of French cities.It should be recalled that French President Emmanuel Macron was afraid that the draft law on pension reform would gather enough votes in the National Assembly, and based on Article 49.3 of the Constitution, he decided to use a special procedure without passing this document through a vote in the parliament.E. Macron threatened to leave the National Assembly if he voted against the bill.Cleaning workers (dalandar) have been on strike in Paris for more than a week.They oppose raising the retirement age.The French government wants to raise the retirement age from 57 for women and 59 for men to 62 and 64, respectively.Apart from this, the dalandars are also demanding an increase in monthly salary and pension.Currently, their stipend is 1,200 euros per month.
