Muhammad Hafeez Expresses Condolences on the Passing of Hafiz Hussain Ahmed

Renowned businessman from Manchester, Muhammad Hafeez, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Hafiz Hussain Ahmed, a prominent religious and political leader. Muhammad Hafeez stated that Hafiz Hussain Ahmed was a man of integrity, sincerity, and knowledge, who always stood for truth and justice.

He further added that whenever Hafiz Hussain Ahmed visited the UK, he had the honor of hosting him. Over the years, they developed a deep friendship, which he will always cherish. His passing is an irreparable loss to religious, political, and social circles.

May Allah grant the departed soul eternal peace, elevate his ranks in Jannah, and give strength to his family to bear this great loss. Ameen.

A Brief Biography of Hafiz Hussain Ahmed

Hafiz Hussain Ahmed (1951 – March 19, 2025) was a distinguished Pakistani politician and religious scholar. He was born in Quetta, Balochistan, where he received his early education and gained expertise in Quran, Hadith, and Islamic jurisprudence.

Political Career

Hafiz Hussain Ahmed began his political journey in 1973 and soon became a prominent leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F). He was elected as a Member of the National Assembly twice:

1988 to 1990

2002 to 2007

Additionally, he served as a Senator from 1991 to 1994. Throughout his political career, he remained dedicated to democratic values and religious principles.

Passing Away

Hafiz Hussain Ahmed passed away on March 19, 2025, in Quetta. His death was mourned across the country, and his invaluable contributions to religious and political affairs will always be remembered.
