Former Mayor Councillor Tafeen Sharif said that on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the intercultural community was invited. We believe in making women empowered citizens of the society. For this, women who have already achieved significant success in different walks of life came to inform about themselves and encouraged other women to move forward. Council Leader Elise Wills and Councillor Naila Sharif said that we appreciate the success of women who have achieved significant success in different walks of life and encourage others to do the same. Mayor Shibli Alam said that women should be encouraged in every way to become empowered citizens of the society so that they can play their active role in the society.
