While the meeting was attended by Secretary General Chaudhry Altaf Shahid Sidhu. Senior Vice President Samina Khan. Vice President Hassan Raza. Chief Organizer Syed Farhat Abbas. Finance Secretary Syed Qaiser Bukhari. Secretary Religious Affairs Mazhar Kazmi. Secretary Entertainment Mehboob Ahmed – Muhammad Ziaul Haq Event Manager and other members. Four new members have joined the union. Among the new members are Makhdoom Amjad Shah. Abdul Hasib Ali. Imran Aslam Paswal. Shazeb Hanif reiterated that we will walk alongside all our senior members in the union and use all our powers. The meeting finalized the arrangements for the Seerat-un-Nabi Conference to be held on September 15. At the end of the meeting, President Mazhar Bukhari thanked all the members and expressed hope that all colleagues would continue to perform their journalistic responsibilities in a good manner. The meeting was hosted by Secretary General Chaudhry Altaf Shahid, while the recitation of the Holy Quran was performed by Chief Organizer Syed Farhat Abbas. All the members presented their suggestions for the success of the Seerat-un-Nabi Conference.
