According to Ug News Europe,The UN’s World Food Program (WFP) cut humanitarian aid to Afghanistan in March due to a lack of funding.Referring to the UN, “Ug NEws Europe” informs that the reduction of aid will directly affect at least 4 million people.The WFP called on the international community to urgently allocate funds for the financing of humanitarian activities in the country in crisis.The organization announced that 6 million people in the country are on the verge of starvation, and two-thirds of the population – more than 28 million people – need humanitarian assistance.
