Jhelum forum Manchester branch meeting and Eid Milan party hosted by Ch Anwar Yaqoob, president Jhelum forum Manchester branch.
After COVID 19, Eid Milan gathering was arranged at the Jhelum forum office in Manchester. Members were happy and pleased to meet each other after a long time.
The meeting was conducted by Masood Safdar and chaired by Ch Anwar Yaqoob.
Almost all the members expressed their views. Ilyas Gondal briefed on the completed and ongoing welfare projects. Matloob Hussain briefed on the sports wing and thelisimia patients activities.
Furrkh Siddique proposed to start a Jhelum forum project for setting up an orphanage with facilities to educate. Abdur Rehman, advocate, Ch Skinder Nawaz, Shazad Mirza, Haroon Afzal khattana, Saeed Ullah Mudabar, Abid Chohan, Raja Abid, Councillor Yasmin Dar, Ms Mariam, Solicitor Bushra and others gave their proposals on the orphanage and other projects. It was decided to seriously look into the feasibility of the orphanage project.
Jhelum forum acknowledged the contribution of the members of the Jhelum Forum team in Jhelum and Dina. Members thanked Ch Anwar Yaqoob for the nice hospitality.
