Rochdale Mayor Councilor Shakeel Ahmed hosted the Asian Fusion Ball Mayor’s Charity at the Town Hall – Members of the British Parliament Afzal Khan and Paul Waugh, councilors and the local community were also in attendance. Chief Executive Dr. Liaqat Malik – Director Dr. Hamid Khan – Rochdale Council Leader Councilor Neil Emot Deputy Leader Ali Adalat – Deputy Mayor Councilor Janet Emsley – Miss Nikki of Nigeria Association – Councilors of Rochdale Council including former Mayor Asim Rasheed – Faisal Rana – Aram Faisal – Aiza Asim – Syed Shah Wazir – Rachel – Aftab Hussain – Amber Nisa – Former Mayor Tameside Tafheen Sharif – Former Lord Mayor Manchester Naeem Al Hasan – Chief Executive of Aspire to Inspire Aqib Nazir – Kulsoom – Chairman Rochdale Sahiwal Link Chaudhary Mumtaz – Community Leader Javed Akhtar – Consultant Dr. Tahir Bashir Baig – KYP Chief Executive Zalf Ahmed – Raja Mudassar – Chairman of Self-Determination Movement Raja Najabat Hussain – Former Mayor Councilor Shoaib Akhtar – Mohammad Ilyas – Javed Tariq – and others were included – Mayor Rochdale came to the hall to the beat of drums – singers Zahid Ali and Joga Singh warmed the atmosphere by singing their songs – the participants said that Mayor Shakeel Ahmed’s many services to the community during his first councilor and then his mayoral tenure. – He always actively participates in charity work – Today the community generously donated – The participants further said that today’s event was memorable – Congratulations to Mayor Shakeel Ahmed for conducting a successful charity program. Giving – The host Mayor Councilor Shakeel Ahmed said that the Asian Fusion Ball had music and other facilities for the entertainment of the community – The money raised for the Mayor’s Charity today will go to various local charities – I would like to attend today’s event.
