
Naveed Khan (UG News Manchester) Pakistan’s Independence Day celebrations were held at the Pakistani community centre manchester today.The event was attended by Pakistan Consular General Muhammad Tariq Wazir,MP Afzal Khan,Haroon Afzal Khattana,Kashmir self-determination movement chairman Raja Najabat, Choudhary Mussarat Ali along with diplomats,Councillors,Lord Mayors,urdu global media network CEO Muhammad Shehzad ali mirza,and prominent figures from the Pakistani community.The event was organised by the Pakistani community centre chairman Haroon Afzal khattana,Director Sheraz,Managers Saima,Mehwish and Muhammed Safdar in collaboration with Arfan Ahmad Lahori karahi.The event highlighted the enduring Love and deep-rooted ties between British Pakistanis and Pakistan.

The event included a vibrant programme featuring cultural performances,musical shows, Free burgers,Free hair cutting and traditional activities which started from12:00pm till 10:00pm.These free activities were showcasing the great efforts and contributions of the Pakistani community centre manchester staff members to the community services.
A cake cutting and Award ceremony were also held at the end of the event
