People of Armenian origin were taken from Khankendi to Lachin in ICRC cars.

According to Ug News Media Europe,Today, 7 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) were allowed to move on the Khankendi-Lachin road passing through Shusha.The employee of “Ug News Media Europe” in the area where the action was held informs that the movement of vehicles was ensured without hindrance.Thus, 6 cars and 1 truck crossed from Khankendi to Lachin.There were people of Armenian origin in the cars.This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the passage of humanitarian vehicles.It should be noted that the protest against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in Karabakh on the Khankendi-Lachin road passing through Shusha has been going on for 53 days.Thus, a protest action is being held on a part of the road under the control of Russian peacekeepers in the territory of Shusha by Azerbaijani activists and members of environmental non-governmental organizations (NGOs) demanding an end to environmental terrorism in the Karabakh economic region.As a result of the discussions held with the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent on December 3 and 7, 2022, a team consisting of experts from the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the State Service for Real Estate Affairs under the Ministry of Economy and the “AzerGold” Closed Joint Stock Company decided to meet with the Russian peacekeeping contingent. should have conducted preliminary monitoring of the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the territories of Azerbaijan, where it is temporarily located, and the resulting environmental and other consequences. However, due to the inactivity of the peacekeepers, the monitoring did not take place.
